Mark brings over 23 years of insurance experience to Elite Insurance Services. After graduating from Fairmont State College in Fairmont WV, Mark moved to Northern Virginia and began his career working for an independent adjusting company with RW Parker and Associates. From there, Mark worked for Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland as a Senior Litigation Specialist and then with ERIE INSURANCE as a Senior Claims Adjuster. Mark opened his first insurance agency with Farmers Insurance Group. Mark and Phil then teamed up and opened ELITE INSURANCE SERVICES LLC. His professional license and affiliations include:

Phil brings over 13 years of insurance experience to Elite Insurance Services. After graduating from Radford University, he began his career in the insurance industry in 2000 as a claims adjuster with Erie Insurance. In 2005, Phil left the claims side of the industry to begin a career in sales. Over the last 9 years he has had sales experience both as a captive insurance agent with Farmers Insurance and State Farm insurance as well as an independent agent focusing as a commercial lines producer servicing the Northern Virginia area.
